So i am going to detail the ideas i have for recipes to do over the summer. this is not an extensive list, and includes some rather obvious things that i have done before, and have mastered, but i still want to list. the rating next to each is the difficulty of each recipe, in my opinion (1-5)

perfect fried egg - 4
mac & cheese (stovetop) - 2
mac & cheese (oven) - 5
wonton wrapped dumplings - 4(fried) & 3(steamed)

spring rolls - 3
korean bbq sandwiches - 4 (due to homemade pickles)
asian coleslaw - 2
fried rice - 3
meringue - 4
cookies -3
pizza - 4
ratatouille - 3
nachos - 2
simple pasta sauce -1
complex pasta sauce - 3 (will both be more detailed later)
crab/salmon cakes - 1-3 (depending on how much from scratch)

dulche de leche - 2
various braised vegetables - 2
baking things, which is not my forte, so i can't give details on what specifically - 5

these are just the various recipe ideas i have in mind. i am bound to do other things (or things that fall into the general pasta category). should be a good summer.
the perfect fried egg (unfortunately) needs bacon fat. And when did you start liking fried eggs anyway? Poaching is much more difficult.
